More and more funders, including the NSF, require data management plans with grant proposals and have data sharing requirements. Equally important for graduate students who collect and analyze data is managing data effectively for efficiency and reproducibility.
This session will cover:
- Developing and writing a data management plan
- Best practices for data documentation and organization
- How to store, backup and preserve your data
If you’re a graduate student working with data, this session is for you!
No previous experience is required. Please bring your laptop.
